We’re looking for an Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join a growing team in Bracknell (hybrid – 3 days in the office), ensuring systems remain secure, scalable, and future-ready. What you’ll do: Design, configure, and maintain a secure and scalable IT infrastructure. Lead on cyber security initiatives, ensuring compliance with Cyber Essentials +. Provide expert-level support across Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, VMware, and enterprise storage. Manage networking solutions, including security monitoring and troubleshooting. Implement and maintain AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) environments. Work closely with teams across the business to execute technical and security projects. What we’re looking for: Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, VMware, and networking. Security-Focused: Hands-on experience with cyber security best practices, frameworks, and compliance requirements. Problem Solver: Ability to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues in a fast-paced environment. Collaborator: Strong communication skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
