Technical Writer AI Enablement London / WFH to £100k
Do you have a strong interest and desire to progress your career working with the latest AI innovations?
You could be joining a global financial services business in a newly established team tasked with driving adoption of AI tools and processes across a key business division.
As a Technical Writer with the AI Enablement team you will research the latest development across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, NotebookLM and emerging tools), producing regular reports that recommend actionable opportunities to make improvements and drive efficiencies in business workflows. You'll design and build advanced AI agents and provide expertise on no-code and low-code AI agent construction, creating clear documentation for the team and partnering with the AI Productivity leadership team to prioritise cases and inform the product roadmap.
Collaborating with the AI Learning & Development Associate, you'll embed research insights into training materials and live demos, helping to drive the adoption of AI.

About you:
You're passionate about AI and its real world uses, keen to develop your career in this area
You are degree educated in Business, Finance or a Technical discipline
You're a naturally confident, inquisitive individual, comfortable talking to all aspects of the business and able to influence change
You have an interest in business workflows, process improvement and L&D
