data-driven SaaS organisation who are now looking to hire a
Senior Product Manager with experience in
Life Sciences and
Data Science.
This is a highly analytical, insight-led product role suited to someone who enjoys working hands-on with data, shaping product direction through evidence, and acting as the bridge between data science, product, commercial teams, and customers.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring data is not only robust and scalable, but also meaningful, credible, and actionable across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and customer value
- Translating raw data into clear insights that inform product strategy and commercial decisions
- Producing high-quality written reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Developing deep expertise in life sciences data and acting as a subject-matter expert
- Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities and validate new features
- Defining data requirements, success metrics, and insight outputs for customer-facing products
- Applying data science techniques (including statistical methods and ML) to improve data quality and insight generation
- Supporting Sales and Customer Success teams with insights that demonstrate real customer value
- Helping build a strong data-driven culture across the organisation
About You
- Strong experience in a senior Product, Data, or Analytics role
- Deep understanding of life sciences, scientific, or highly regulated data domains
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and turn them into actionable insights
- Experience using SQL and relational databases
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis or modelling
- Solid grounding in statistics, data analysis, and machine learning concepts
- Experience building or working with ML models in a practical setting
- Strong skills in data visualisation and communicating insights clearly
- Confident working cross-functionally with product, engineering, commercial teams, and leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
