£110 – £130 per day | PAYE | Depending on experience
Providing targeted pastoral support to pupils who require additional emotional, behavioural or attendance support
Acting as a trusted adult for students, offering daily check-ins and ongoing mentoring
Supporting behaviour for learning and helping students regulate and re-engage with education
Working closely with SLT, safeguarding leads, SEND staff and families
Contributing to wellbeing initiatives and pastoral interventions across the school

Strong focus on student wellbeing, PSHE, and personal development

The ideal candidateExperience in a pastoral, mentoring, youth work, LSA or safeguarding-focused role
Confident supporting students with SEMH, behaviour, attendance or engagement needs
Calm, resilient and relationship-driven
Comfortable working across KS3–KS5
School-based experience is desirable but not essential
PAYE only – no umbrella companies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
