About the Role
<p>We are seeking a GEOINT Analyst – Mid to join us in Springfield, VA.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Be Owning:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform Imagery Analysis of various types of imagery (e.g. EO, SAR, IR, etc.) against various mission sets.</li>
<li>Support range of analytic tasks from organizing and exploiting data to probabilistic judgments.</li>
<li>Develop and apply methods to add rigor and precision to intelligence analysis and collection.</li>
<li>Communicate findings verbally to decisionmakers and/or via a broad range of written intelligence products and briefings.</li>
<li>Ability to research unique data sources and reporting to extract relevant feature data to foster mission understanding.</li>
<li>Provide analytical support that enables a data-centric approach that provides answers to key intelligence questions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What You Must Have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain a CI Poly</li>
<li>5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree. (A combination of years of experience & professional certifications/trainings can be used in lieu of a degree)</li>
<li>Completed an Imagery Analysis Course Strong knowledge of NTM, air breather, and civil/commercial sensors providing hardcopy and softcopy imagery.</li>
<li>Experience using ArcGIS and extensions and additional Esri software, as well as experience working with SDEs and similar data repositories.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of NGA specified digital data including but not limited to, commercial imagery, NTM, airborne, motion and full motion imagery, panchromatic data, spectral data, and SAR data.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of standard and non-standard NGA reports.</li>
<li>Experience collaborating with all national and service intelligence agencies/centers.</li>
<li>Knowledge in the tasking of overhead intelligence collection systems.
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of the following systems and software programs: Intelink, SAFE and or M3, REMOTEVIEW, Cedalion, IEC, and common office software to include spreadsheets, word processing, and email.</li>
<li>Demonstrated customer support skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What Would Be Nice to Have: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated experience in developing CONOPs or SOPs to capture processes, procedures, and methodologies. Experience with programming languages (e,g, Python, R, JAVA, SQL)</li>
