<p>We have recently been engaged by a specialist Healthcare Investment Banking platform who are in hyper growth mode. This healthcare boutique has been around less than 20 years and are true market specialists. They have continuously taken up market share despite the challenges of today’s M&amp;A market due to their differentiating strategy. The firm has had a very busy, fruitful and significant 2025 with significant deal flow. They are ramping up for a number of junior hires with 2026 on the horizon.</p> <p>If you are a rising or interested experienced Investment Banking – Analyst with a key interest in the Healthcare space, please get in touch.<br /> Some of the key sub sectors this firm is targeting are Life Sci Tools, MedTech, Healthcare Services &amp; Healthcare IT. They tend to operate in the transaction range of $30mn to $300mn. The mid point of that range is the “sweet spot”. </p> <p>What are people saying about this company?<br /> • Healthcare is a niche specialism that I wanted to pursue so this is the best firm I could have worked with<br /> • Opportunity to own what we do, a feeling of “fulfillment”<br /> • This is a place for Entrepreneurs, those who have a book and or want to aggressively expand their book of business in the Healthcare industry</p> <p>Title – Healthcare Investment Banking – Analyst<br /> Location – Denver, CO<br /> Salary &#8211; $90,000 &#8211; $120,000 + Bonus </p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>• Work with senior Bankers and deal team members on purely executing transactions<br /> • Support the team’s Originations efforts by conducting industry research, keeping up to date with market movements and latest developments in the mid markets<br /> • Understand or seek to understand the Healthcare Investment Banking world<br /> • Create financial analysis for projects, valuations and projections<br /> • Analysis of peer performance<br /> • Prepare and organize marketing materials, client presentations, and information decks</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>• Some transactions experience is preferred, either through direct Investment Banking, Private Equity or Capital Markets exposure in a full-time role or internship program<br /> • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance from an accredited University<br /> • 6 months to 18 months of experience in M&amp;A at any capacity<br /> • Highly motivated, self-starter, confident, hunger for being a successful Investment Banker<br /> • Soft skills, with excellent communication skills and commercial awareness<br /> • Strong work ethic to get things done<br /> • Ability to juggle and handle multiple projects at once</p>
