This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, shows up reliably, and wants a job where no two days are the same.<br><strong>No experience required—we train.<br></strong><br> </div><div><strong>Pay & Perks</strong></div><ul> <li>$16–$18/hour to start</li> <li> <strong>Monthly performance bonuses </strong>+ commission on additional services</li> <li> <strong>Weekly cash bonuses</strong> for 5-star Google reviews and referrals</li> <li>6-month performance review with base pay raise opportunity</li> <li>Company-provided van, tablet, and all equipment</li> <li> <strong>Flexible scheduling:</strong> Part‑time (with the possibility of additional hours as work volume grows), No weekends </li> </ul><div><strong>What You'll Do</strong></div><ul> <li>Start your day by prepping the HomeSmiles service van (located in Northwood, Ohio) and restocking tools and equipment. </li> <li> Drive to customer locations in a company‑provided service van with a Lead Technician. </li> <li>Perform hands-on services: power washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and other preventative maintenance tasks</li> <li>Greet homeowners professionally, confirm service details, and obtain signed Terms & Conditions</li> <li>Document completed work using a company tablet</li> <li>Communicate findings clearly and recommend add-on services</li> </ul><div>* This is not a construction, plumbing, electrical, nor licensed repair role.<br><br> </div><div><strong>What You’ll Need to Succeed</strong></div><ul> <li>Reliable and punctual with strong time management (show up to <strong>every</strong> appointment on time).</li> <li>Comfortable working in occupied homes in a <strong>customer-facing role</strong> with a polished, customer‑first approach.</li> <li>Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions.</li> <li> <strong>Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn</strong> power tools, water‑fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools.</li> <li>Ability to work with heavy equipment (lift up to 50lbs).</li> <li>Coachable with strong attention to safety and quality, plus problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li> <li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.</li> </ul><div> <strong>About HomeSmiles<br></strong>HomeSmiles Northwest Ohio (locally owned and operated) provides professional, preventive property maintenance for homes and commercial buildings.
