Valuer – Flagship Estate Agency Office

Walsall (WS9)
OTE £50,000+ | Guaranteed Commission First 6 Months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Valuer to join a flagship, high-performing estate agency.

This is a market-leading branch with exceptional instruction levels, having listed 378 properties in 2025 alone. The role offers genuine earning potential, autonomy, and multiple income streams for a motivated individual who enjoys winning business and driving growth.

The Role

The principal focus of the Valuer position is to win instructions and generate new business across the local area.

Key responsibilities include:
 

• Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into instructions
• Proactively canvassing and identifying new areas of growth
• Building strong relationships with vendors and local contacts
• Cross-selling additional services including Conveyancing, Mortgages, Auctions and Secure Sale
• Acting as a professional ambassador for the branch in the local market

You will be supported by a dedicated colleague who will carry out property measure-ups once instructions are secured, allowing you to focus on listing and revenue generation.

Salary & Package

• Basic salary: £29,000 (inclusive of car allowance)
• 6% of net fee on personal listings
• £150 per Auction / Secure Sale paid on instruction
• Commission on Conveyancing, Mortgage and Survey referrals
• 45p per mile for business mileage
• OTE £50,000+
• Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months (to be agreed)

About You

• Proven experience as a Valuer or in a valuation-focused estate agency role
• Confident winning instructions and converting opportunities
• Strong local market knowledge and commercial awareness
• Professional, driven and target-focused
• Full UK driving licence
