Manufacture Shipping Associate

Position Overview Serta Simmons Bedding is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for preparing, loading, and shipping finished products while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all outbound operations. Key Responsibilities  Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently   Load and unload trucks with finished mattresses and materials   Stage, organize, and verify outgoing shipments   Ensure all orders are accurate and meet shipping deadlines   Scan and track inventory using warehouse systems   Maintain a clean and organized work area   Follow all safety procedures and company policies Skills and Experience Qualifications  Previous warehouse/shipping experience preferred  Required: Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment   Strong attention to detail and accuracy   Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
