<strong>Job Requirements </strong><br><p>Under general supervisor, conducts pre-admission, admission, and readmission assessment reviews for appropriate patient population; coordinates all systems and services required for as organized, interdisciplinary team approach to healthcare; assures quality, cost effective care and efficient utilization of resources and health services across the healthcare continuance. Patients served include neonate through adult-geriatric</p><br><br><strong>Work Experience </strong><br><p style="text-align: justify;">To qualify for the position, the candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland. BSN preferred.
