Your Role as an Employer Engagement Tutor: Support learners by delivering high-quality employability sessions, workshops, and one-to-one guidance. Build strong relationships with local employers to secure work experience, placements, and job opportunities. Prepare learners for the workplace through CV support, interview preparation, and skills development. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure learners receive a positive, engaging, and impactful learning experience. What You’ll Need as an Employer Engagement Tutor: Experience in employability tutoring, employer engagement, careers guidance, or similar fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse learners. Confidence in building employer networks and liaising with external partners. A proactive, organised approach and a genuine passion for learner success. Ability to work full-time, 5 days per week. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
