About the Role

A leading architecture practice is expanding its mission critical offering and is seeking a Practice Manager who can support strategic planning, drive performance, mentor talent, and ensure exceptional delivery across multiple high profile projects.You will work closely with senior leadership to guide the studio’s direction, oversee its financial health, and ensure that people, processes and resources are aligned to achieve both short term targets and long term ambitions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in project leadership who is ready to step further into strategic and operational management.ResponsibilitiesSupport strategic planning and contribute to OKRs, financial forecasting and resourcing needsPartner with studio leaders to assess growth, performance and development opportunitiesCommunicate studio initiatives and ensure teams have the clarity, support and information they needOversee project delivery quality, documentation standards, workflow, and client serviceManage staffing, scheduling, utilisation and financial metrics, recommending adjustments where neededProvide guidance, coaching and technical support to project managers, architects, designers and construction professionalsLead client relationships at a senior level and support teams during all project phases, from early briefing through to constructionHelp resolve project challenges, negotiate key decisions and ensure issues are addressed promptlyRepresent the studio as a trusted senior figure with the ability to influence outcomes and build confidenceSkills and ExperienceProfessional degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field15 plus years’ experience in the AEC sector with strong leadership capabilityProven experience managing project finances, resourcing and multi disciplinary teamsKnowledge of tools such as MS Office, Microsoft Teams and Vision softwareExcellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skillsAbility to inspire collaboration and support an inclusive, people centred cultureStrong problem solving abilities and a calm, diplomatic leadership styleThe right to live and work in the UKBenefitsHybrid working arrangementOpportunities for progression into studio or regional leadershipExposure to major mission critical projectsA supportive culture that values mentorship, innovation and professional growthIf you are ready to step into a role where you will influence both people and projects, this opportunity is worth exploring.
