KS3/4 Teacher - Winsford

About the role:

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and adaptable KS3/KS4 Teacher to join a supportive educational setting in Winsford on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to helping young people achieve their full potential. Working with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils, the successful candidate will deliver engaging and differentiated lessons, foster positive relationships, and create an inclusive learning environment that supports both academic progress and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of KS3 and KS4 learners.
• Differentiate learning activities to support a range of abilities and learning styles.
• Create a positive classroom environment that promotes engagement, achievement, and positive behaviour.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where necessary.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student success.

 

Pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching pupils at KS3 and KS4 level.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
