The Lead Production Associate supports daily production operations by coordinating workflow, providing direction and training to team members, and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals are met. This is a working lead role that promotes continuous improvement and helps maintain a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday (4x10s), 2:30 PM–1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
- Daily coordination — Lead and coordinate Production Associates to meet schedules and customer requirements.
- Workflow management — Assign work, monitor progress, and provide hands-on support.
- Training & coaching — Train employees on standard work, safety, quality, and delivery expectations.
- Safety enforcement — Promote and enforce company safety policies and housekeeping standards.
- Quality monitoring — Ensure adherence to work instructions and specifications.
- Issue identification — Support problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Cross-department collaboration — Work with Production, EHS, Quality, Shipping, and Maintenance.
- Employee development — Assist with onboarding, cross-training, and skill building.
- Documentation — Maintain production records and visual management tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
