MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the engineering department of a multinational manufacturer, in an autonomous role reporting directly to Head of Operations. This is a hands-off role focused on plant reliability, continuous improvements, and leadership of a small multiskilled team. An ideal applicant will have a good technical background, proven leadership abilities, and come from a manufacturing, FMCG, or similar industry background. Applicants with experience as a maintenance team leader, engineering supervisor, maintenance supervisor, or similar, are encouraged to apply! In this position you will lead a small team of engineers and work closely with senior management on plant reliability and driving continuous improvements across manufacturing operations.
