About the Role
A high‑growth professional services organisation is seeking a high‑performing Business Development Adviser to drive new client acquisition. This is a pure B2B sales role focused on engaging professional firms, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into signed agreements.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
• Identify and engage potential B2B clients within the legal and professional services sector
• Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, and follow‑up activity
• Deliver confident, clear explanations of the service offering and its commercial benefits
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
Client Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Understand client workflows and position the service as a solution to reduce risk and improve efficiency
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Maintain regular follow‑up to convert warm prospects into active clients
Pipeline & Performance Management
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records
• Manage multiple prospects simultaneously
• Track performance against targets and take ownership of results
• Contribute to refining outreach and sales strategies
Required Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
