What you will be doing:
- Advising on Corporate Real Estate M&A and JV deals
- Assisting with fund structuring and formation across UK and offshore jurisdictions
- Collaborating with senior Lawyers and other departments on cross-border work
- Drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
- Managing and mentoring junior Lawyers
- Supporting business development and contributing to knowledge initiatives.
