The Package:
Salary: £41,860 to £45,500
Shifts: Straight shifts, working 46 to 50 hours per week

Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and leading the team
Helping develop innovative and seasonal dishes that delight a loyal local following
Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality across all dishes
Maintaining a positive, team-focused kitchen environment
Overseeing kitchen hygiene, safety, and stock control
Training and mentoring junior chefs, fostering a culture of learning and growth
