Your Role
You will manage all financial operations, international subsidiary consolidations, and venture-readiness.
- Financial Strategy: Build and iterate financial architecture for our Service-as-a-Software business model, and manage revenue recognition
- Financial Operations: Establish scalable accounting processes, incl. multi-entity tech stack to automate global consolidations, intercompany eliminations and real-time reporting
- KPI Management: Implement real-time dashboard for KPIs and critical unit economics, incl. ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR, Gross Margins and Burn Multiple
- Treasury & Cash Flow: Manage global liquidity, burn rates, runway projections, and currency risk
- Process Automation: Implement AI tools to replace manual financial workflows
- International Compliance: Oversee multi-jurisdictional tax strategies, transfer pricing and internal controls to ensure audit readiness
- Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO and leadership team on fundraising, board reporting and long-term financial forecasting
- Commercial Support: Assist the GTM team with pricing models, unit economics and contract negotiations
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; MBA, CIMA, ACA or ACCA preferred
- Experience: Proven track record as a Head of Finance or senior finance lead in a VC-backed startup, incl.,
- Specific experience in SaaS or "Service-as-a-Software" revenue recognition and managing the consolidation of at least three international subsidiaries
- Experience managing cap tables, including option pool refreshes and 409A valuations (US)
- Experience managing financial due diligence and data rooms for VC-backed Series A or Series B rounds
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience implementing AI tools to automate financial workflows
- Fundraising: Experience managing venture capital fundraising processes and investor relations
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dynamic, data-driven financial models.
