Model Manager (BIM) | Hybrid Working (2 Days Remote, 3 Days in the Office)

Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Model Manager (BIM) to join a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. This role is ideal for an experienced BIM professional who can manage digital delivery across complex projects, ensuring high-quality models, effective coordination, and seamless collaboration between disciplines.
You'll play a key role in overseeing the digital model environment, supporting project teams, and ensuring BIM standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll do:
- Manage digital model environments and deliverables across multidisciplinary projects.
- Develop and maintain Digital Delivery Plans (DDPs) and project workflows.
- Establish and manage model setup, coordination processes, and document management systems.
- Monitor model health, quality control, and BIM standards throughout project delivery.
- Lead digital coordination meetings and support design reviews and 3D coordination processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Ensure successful delivery, exchange, and archiving of digital project information.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in digital design (BIM authoring) and digital delivery/model management.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary building systems and how disciplines interact.
- Advanced experience with 3D design software, BIM coordination tools, and document management systems.
- Experience managing BIM workflows, standards, and project deliverables.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and support project teams.
