TPF Recruitment are representing a highly respected and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Beaconsfield, who are looking to recruit an Accounts & Outsourcing Manager into their growing Accounts & Business Services team.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a key management role, with responsibility for a varied client portfolio, team leadership, and contributing to the continued development of the department within a supportive and progressive practice.

 

Responsibilities

 

As an Accounts & Outsourcing Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the team, combining technical delivery, client management, and people leadership. You will:

• Take overall responsibility for the preparation and review of annual financial statements, including statutory accounts, partnerships, trusts, and sole traders.
• Manage a diverse client portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact and providing a high level of service and commercial insight.
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of Assistant Managers and junior staff, supporting performance management and development.
• Liaise closely with partners and other departments to deliver integrated, value-added services to clients.
• Ensure work is delivered efficiently, to a high technical standard, and in line with agreed deadlines.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience).
• Has strong experience within a practice environment, managing client portfolios.
• Is confident using cloud accounting software.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Has proven leadership and people management experience.
• Is commercially minded, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• Salary between £55,000 - £64,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualification status, with regular reviews.
