Senior Project Manager

Exciting opportunity to join our dynamic in-house development team, working on a number of high-profile residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes in London.

Working alongside the in-house design and asset management teams, you will be involved with the developments across the entire project life-cycle and key to the successful completion of each project and future growth of the portfolio.

Applicants should be from either a project management consultancy or another developer / client-side company, with experience in delivering multi-million pound high-end projects.

You will report to the Development Director and there will be a responsibility to help mentor a more junior Project Manager within the team.

The successful applicant will have the following:

• Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, CIOB) with experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams & delivering successful projects
• Extensive experience in administering NEC & JCT contracts and have the ability to advise on appropriate procurement options
• Demonstrable successful delivery of relevant projects
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation skills with an eye for detail and enthusiasm

This is a full-time position. All candidates should be eligible to work in the UK.
