The Role and Deliverables Writing clear, engaging CRM copy across email and other direct channels. Adapting tone of voice to suit different audiences, journeys and lifecycle stages. Working from briefs and CRM strategies to deliver campaign-ready copy. Collaborating with strategists, designers and account teams within the agency. Ensuring all copy aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements. Your Skills & Experience Strong experience as a CRM copywriter, ideally within a regulated environment. Confidence writing for regulated or sensitive categories. Ability to translate strategic briefs into concise, effective CRM messaging. Excellent attention to detail and comfort working within brand and compliance guidelines. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage feedback and revisions efficiently.
