About the Role
Adult Social Worker, Hospital Team, Richmond and Wandsworth <br>We are looking for a highly motivated & experienced social worker to support the St George's Hospital Stroke Unit. This is a 20 bed, hyper-acute stroke unit and the 16 bedded acute stroke unit. <br> <br>You will working within a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Dieticians, Neuropsychologists, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Therapy Assistant Practitioners, Neuronavigator, Psychology and Admin Assistants. <br> <br>This will be a hybrid role with a need to be based at St Georges Hospital 3 day per week. Thursdays are mandatory as this is the weekly team day.
