<p><strong>Senior Contracts Lawyer needed in Northampton Paying £25.08 per hr ref 1733767</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.</li>
<li>Provide expert legal advice on commercial, procurement, and contractual matters.</li>
<li>Support key projects and strategic initiatives with legal input.</li>
<li>Identify and manage legal risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.</li>
<li>Advise stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.</li>
<li>Manage disputes and support resolution processes where required.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and best practice.</li>
<li>Mentor and support junior legal staff where appropriate.</li>
</ul>
