· Technical Expertise
o Proficient in designing, implementing, and maintaining control and automation systems, with a strong understanding of PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and other industrial control systems.
o Proven experience implementing and managing equipment and system integration in both brownfield and greenfield environments, including validation processes for production use.
o Expertise in designing and implementing data integration solutions, including API integration, ETL processes, data storage, and middleware platforms.
o Ability to design and implement data architectures that support OT/IT integration, real-time data acquisition, data standardization, and analysis.
· Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Preferred)
o Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
o Experience with batch processing, cleanroom environments, and validation processes.
· Project Management
o Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional and international teams and manage complex projects.
o Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
o Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve integration issues.
· Communication and Collaboration
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
o Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
o Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
o Drives and tracks the status of development, validation, and deployment of integration infrastructure and channels related to the respective site.
· Optional
o Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies, and ability to advocate for deploying the M4.0 architecture at the site.
o Experience with cloud computing and IoT integration.
o Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments.
