About the Role

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Co‑ordinator to work onsite based on the outskirts of Cardiff with onsite parking. Working closely with the Customer Service Supervisor, you will manage customer enquiries, arrange remedial works, and oversee the progress of aftercare cases from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering a first‑class customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels. Log and maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring all case details are up to date. Keep customers and partners informed of appointment times, progress updates, and resolutions. Conduct post‑completion satisfaction calls and handle complaints with care and professionalism. Take full ownership of each customer, managing communications, contractor coordination, and follow‑ups through to resolution. Plan and monitor work schedules for customer care operatives and subcontractors. Issue work instructions, track progress, and ensure completions within agreed service levels. Raise orders, request quotations, and liaise with commercial and buying teams where required. Support the wider team with general administrative duties to maintain efficient operations. Build positive working relationships with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works. About You Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences. Previous experience in customer service, aftersales, or construction administration preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities under pressure. Confident IT user, experienced with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
