Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician Job Description: Servicing, testing, inspecting, and repairing ceiling lift track systems following manufacturer specifications. Swaps or exchanging components of equipment. Troubleshoot low voltage electrical issues. Conducts quality control/spot checks within your region. Meets all local, state and federal code requirements. Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues Performing preventative maintenance and safety checks  Interacting with hospital staff to schedule inspections and service including to discuss their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in servicing, testing, inspecting, and repairing ceiling lift track systems preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
