Job Description
Oversee and manage the full gas processing operation, including direct supervision of plant employees, equipment and safety
Serve as the lead onsite representative, providing both technical expertise and operational direction to plant personnel
Collaborate and interface with the host landfill partner (Republic Services), regulatory agencies, and key customers
Drive achievement of critical plant performance metrics, including downtime/uptime production targets and safety standards
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of management experience within petrochemical, Oil, Gas, Energy, or Power Generation environments
Mechanically inclined with the ability to be hands-on with equipment as needed
