Overview Our client based in Bristol is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of cladding and roofing projects, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting Administer contracts (JCT / NEC) and variations Procure and manage roofing/cladding subcontract packages Prepare valuations, payments, and final accounts Identify risks and support project delivery Requirements Experience in cladding, roofing, or external envelope Strong knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills Degree-qualified; MRICS via Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors desirable Salary £65k–£75k plus package If interested in making an exciting move to a highly successful company please apply!
