IMMEDIATE CONTRACT | USER RESEARCHER | 6 MONTHS | £500+/DAY | INSIDE IR35 | MOSTLY REMOTE / LEEDS | MUST HAVE BPSS CLEARANCE

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced User Researcher to lead end-to-end research across a complex product/service environment. You'll play a key role in shaping decisions through evidence-driven insights and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

¬ Lead user research from discovery through to delivery, combining qualitative and quantitative methods

¬ Plan and execute multi-method research (contextual, field, diary studies, analytics triangulation)

¬ Translate findings into decision-ready outputs (insight frameworks, journey maps, opportunity areas)

¬ Design and evaluate experiments (prototypes, A/B and multivariate testing)

Nice to have:

¬ Strong UX design and UX strategy experience

¬ Ability to coach/mentor other researchers and assure quality of outputs

¬ Experience working within regulated or public sector environments
