This is a client-facing role where you&#8217;ll be out in the field, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Proactively securing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets</li> <li>Building strong, long-term relationships with customers across your region</li> <li>Understanding client requirements and presenting tailored, solution-led proposals</li> <li>Managing your pipeline, including leads, quotes, and contracts via CRM systems</li> <li>Delivering engaging presentations and negotiating effectively at all levels</li> <li>Collaborating with internal teams across operations, customer service, and commercial functions</li> <li>Promoting sustainable, resource-efficient solutions and helping clients improve their environmental impact</li> </ul> <div> <hr /> </div> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>About You</strong></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">My client is looking for a motivated and ambitious sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">You will ideally have:</p> <ul> <li>A proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on winning new business</li> <li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li> <li>A target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently</li> <li>Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline</li> <li>Strong presentation and negotiation skills</li> <li>A collaborative approach and team-oriented mindset</li> </ul> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Experience within waste management, recycling, or environmental services would be advantageous, but is not essential-full training will be provided.</p> <p>WR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
