<p><b>Who We’re Looking For:</b></p>

<li>Experienced Nursery Manager (2+ years).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted.</li>
<li>Commercially aware (occupancy, budgets).</li>
<li>Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ preferred).</li>
<li>Leads with clarity, consistency, and professionalism.</li>
<li>Takes pride in developing people and maintaining standards.</li>
<li>Is motivated by quality, not just targets.</li>
