Senior HR Case Advisor

We are currently working with a Local Authority in  Wiltshire  who  are  looking for  a  Senior  HR Case Advisor  to join their team.    The  overall  HR case management teams within the Authority  are responsible for providing professional HR advice  and  expertise to managers and schools to resolve employee relations issues using a proactive approach. The right candidate will interpret employment law and internal policies,  procedures and guidance to the best advantage of the council and/or school, with the aim of reducing timescales for the decision making of case resolution.  Job:  Senior HR Case Advisor  Duration:  6 Months (with  possible temp to perm  option)  Start date:  ASAP  Rate:  £25  - £35 per hour  via  Umbrella, Inside IR35  Site presence:  Hybrid  Role Details  You will  provide expert, high-level HR advice on complex employee relations matters, using strong employment law knowledge to support and influence senior managers and headteachers. In this role, you will offer pragmatic, legally sound solutions while clearly articulating risks, taking the lead on challenging areas such as safeguarding, tribunals, restructures, and TUPE. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, working collaboratively with legal teams and trade unions, while also mentoring colleagues on complex casework. Alongside this, you will contribute to strategic HR initiatives and continuous improvement,  maintaining up-to-date professional  expertise.
