Commercial Litigation Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen to work with a well respected Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation in managing commercial and civil litigation work.

The firm have offices in London and throughout Kent and are looking for a mid-to senior  level Litigation Associate who has gained experience from a London or a respected regional firm.

The role offers the opportunity to work on a varied caseload to include, shareholder disputes, complex/contract disputes and IP and IT disputes. To be successful in this role you will have gained some experience of working in a collaborative way with colleagues and training and developing more junior members of the team.

You will be confident in business development activities/ client retention and be comfortable working closely with other departments when referring client work.
