Job Description

Senior Business Development Manager - Wellbeing Products
We are currently seeking a driven and successful Senior Business Development Manager to lead the sales and commercial activities and be a key member of this well-established team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven commercial professional to play a vital role in growing the multi-channel commercial function of the business, increasing existing customer business through account management as well as driving new business wins with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective development and growth strategies in collaboration with the Managing Director to achieve targets and drive growth.
  • Maintain and nurture a portfolio of accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through regular engagement and support.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise sales revenues within existing accounts.
  • Generate leads and develop prospects, converting these with the backing of a dedicated admin team.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to estimate volumes for both new and existing products, including strategic product planning and launches.
The Successful Applicant

Senior Business Development Manager - Wellbeing Products

  • Proven track record of maximising commercial results and consistently exceeding targets in a retail and trade partner environment.
  • Experience with national retailers such as Argos, Curry's, Robert Dyas amongst other similar accounts.
  • Additional partner experience with wholesalers and distributors.
  • Self-motivated with a natural commercial ability with strong presentation and pitching skills.
  • Comfortable, confident, and passionate about pursuing new business opportunities and gaining wins.
  • Excellent analytical and commercial acumen as well as being highly organised.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally (Full UK license required) to meet customers as well as some overnights as and when required.
  • Self-starter and very proactive with a zest for seeking out new customer wins in a diverse retail environment.


Candidates will be mainly remotely / field based however travel to the Berkshire office needs to be possible up to 1-2 days per week for meetings and catch ups.

What's on Offer

Circa £40,000 to £50,000 basic salary, depending on experience brought to the role, commission and bonuses available subject to hitting agreed targets, plus other benefits.
