About the Role
My client is a successful property agent with a reputation for high standards and fantastic customer service, and due to business growth they are now looking for an experienced Valuations Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced estate agency taking on a role where you will develop new business and help grow the company’s property sales portfolio.
This Business Development role will require a dynamic, career driven salesperson who is looking for the next step in their career. You will be a team player with a professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills. The main responsibility of the role will be to generate new business opportunities from previous lost instructions whilst cross selling additional services to the clients and working to weekly targets and KPI’s. There may also be the opportunity to progress your career into a valuations role as the company grows further.
This role offers an excellent working environment, incentives and rewards. Days of work will be Monday – Friday with the occasional weekend, where a day in lieu will be provided.
Basic salary c£20,000 depending on experience plus commission with an OTE in the region of £30,000 - £35,000
