About the Role

<p><strong>Astute Recruitment</strong> are supporting a valued client with the recruitment of a <strong>Temporary Office Manager</strong> for an immediate requirement based in <strong>Nottingham.</strong></p> <p>This is a key, hands-on role within a small, values-driven organisation. You will act as the central point of contact, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing administrative support across multiple stakeholders.</p> <p>This position would suit an experienced <strong>Office Manager / Senior Administrator</strong> who is confident working independently and comfortable in a varied, people-facing role.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing the day-to-day operations of the office</li> <li>Acting as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors</li> <li>Providing administrative support to senior stakeholders and wider team</li> <li>Coordinating office activities and ensuring a smooth-running environment</li> <li>Supporting multiple functions including finance, operations, and general administration</li> <li>Maintaining organised records, documentation, and filing systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as an <strong>Office Manager, Senior Administrator, or similar</strong></li> <li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li> <li>Confident working independently and managing your own workload</li> <li>Professional and personable, with strong communication skills</li> <li>Comfortable in a varied role supporting multiple individuals/functions</li> <li>Reliable and able to take ownership of office operations</li> </ul> <p>Other roles you may have applied for:  <strong>Office Manager, Senior Administrator, Administrative Manager, Office Coordinator, Business Support Manager, Operations Administrator, Operations Coordinator.</strong></p>
