HR Advisor - Bleiswijk
Exciting opportunity to join our site in Bleiswijk, The Netherlands, we are currently recruiting for a Part time HR Advisor.
The role is standalone on site, with a focused around empathy, strong communication skills with the ability to lead HR from the front, you will report to the HR Manager.
Fluent in Dutch and English, speaking and written
Experienced in Dutch Labour Laws and Gatekeeper Improvement Act
Flexible on hours 24 – 28 hours

What your day looks like as a HR Advisor
Responsible to support managers through effective application of human resources activities
HR activities including staffing, training and development, compensation & benefits administration, employment laws and regulations, health & safety.
Partnering with Site Management and managers. Act as a liaison between employees, management, and the HR functions. Ensuring a differentiated and engaged workforce that delivers discretionary effort
You will oversee the full HR cycle form recruitment, to onboarding, to employee experience and engagement, applying the local employment law
You will act as a liaison between employees and management on different issues/topics or ER matters
Analyse excel data from support and translate it into HR initiatives.
Supporting sites management identifying and implementing HR interventions that positively impact profitability
You will ensure compliance with the company policies, labour laws, and industry regulations
You will coordinate training and coaching to management leadership on policies, teamwork, and compliance
You will be promoting employee engagement and a positive working environment through regular personal contact
Maintaining accurate and compliant HR documentation and records dealing with confidential data
Leading, reporting HR-related administrative tasks in a timely and professional manner
Ensuring safe working practices and contributing to environmental performance initiatives
What do you need to be successful
Fluent in Dutch and English, speaking and written
Clear understanding of Dutch Labour laws and legislations
Must be from Logistics/Supply chain or similar operational based industry
Ideally 5 years previous experience is required as a HR professional
Bachelors degree in HR
Excel intermediate level as minimum required, with exposure to other systems; protime, visma or Success Factors/SF would be beneficial but not essential
Empathetic, strong communication skills are required for this role, with the ability to take the lead and ownership when required
