Conversation Designer (with German)

Join our team as a Conversation Designer with proficiency in German! In this role, you’ll craft engaging chatbots and voicebots tailored to diverse clients across various industries such as retail, insurance, and finance, primarily within the European market.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, constructing, and maintaining chatbots and voicebots for client projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Contributing to the evolution of conversational AI strategies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both German and English at C1 level or above.
• Previous experience in AI or NLP projects.
• A Master’s Degree, preferably in Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of bot structure and design principles.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in additional languages at B1 level or above.
• Familiarity with Google tools such as Docs and Sheets.
• Experience with Dialogflow ES/CX, Python, Regex, Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, and SSML.
