Sports Coaches Wanted – Stoke & Staffordshire Flexible Day-to-Day Opportunities Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire & surrounding areas Pay: £90 – £130 per day (depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Flexible, short-term, or long-term assignments Make a Difference as a Sports Coach in Education Teaching Personnel are looking for confident and resilient Sports Coaches to support specialist and behaviour-focused schools across Stoke and Staffordshire. This role is ideal for individuals who bring energy, leadership and strong behaviour management skills. You’ll be working closely with young people who benefit from structure, positive role models and consistent support throughout the school day. What You’ll Do Support pupils within small group and classroom settings Promote positive behaviour and engagement Build strong, professional relationships with students and staff Provide day-to-day support across specialist provisions and behaviour schools Act as a positive role model within the school environment Who We’re Looking For Confident, calm and consistent individuals Strong leadership and communication skills Resilient and able to manage challenging behaviour Experience working with young people (coaching, mentoring, youth work or similar) DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply) Why Work With Teaching Personnel?
