A growing, multi-entity organization in the hospitality and residential development space is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial operations across multiple business lines. This role focuses on accurate financial reporting, month-end close, and collaboration with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and support monthly close
- Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Support audits, intercompany transactions, and GAAP compliance
- Partner with operations and leadership to improve financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (hospitality, real estate, or construction a plus)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and multi-entity experience
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
