As the Technical Sales Manager (Power & Magnetics), you are responsible for the business development of Power Supply Modules from technical design to commercial account management, having a solution approach with customers. Additionally the employee would to develop a business strategy to continuously develop a sustainable new demand creation funnel and convert current opportunities to achieve the sales and margin budgets and KPI targets, build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, develop a solution for customers, proactively identify new customers, follow-up and develop business lead with new and existing customers, successfully negotiate, implement and manage contracts, present and demonstrate to customers the benefits of the products, provide detailed feedback and reports on sales activities, and participate in exhibitions, and sales meetings.
