With significant annual expenditure and a complex supply chain, procurement plays a critical strategic role in ensuring value for money, compliance and continuous improvement. About you Bachelor's Degree (Level 6) with at least 2 years' procurement experience OR 5 years' procurement experience Minimum 2 years' experience managing or supervising staff At least 3 years' experience managing the full procurement and contract lifecycle Experience delivering public procurement competitions in line with relevant regulations and policy guidance is essential MCIPS qualified (or working towards) Strong understanding of risk management, compliance and governance Access to suitable transport to meet the mobility requirements of the role What you'll do Lead and implement category management strategies aligned to organisational objectives Manage procurement pipelines and ensure timely delivery of tenders and contracts Oversee contract management and supplier performance to maximise value Build and manage stakeholder networks across departments Drive compliance with procurement regulations and internal quality systems Promote innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement within procurement Provide expert procurement advice across the organisation For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
