Responsabilities

• You maintain regular and proactive communication with purchasing, online marketing, and category management teams on online retailer and marketplace side

• You research market trends and monitor competitors across the e-commerce landscape

• You analyze key metrics and prepare reports for Marketplace Specialists, Key Account Managers, and Sales Leadership

• You support the planning and execution of initiatives that boost brand and product visibility in online retail and marketplaces

• You coordinate internal and external processes and evaluate the impact of implemented measures

• You assist with preparation and follow-up for customer meetings and negotiations

• You manage and update all sales-related content and data in collaboration with internal teams and support the online certification process within the selective distribution model

• You represent customer and marketplace needs across internal interfaces such as Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, Digitalization, Brand Marketing, Production Planning, and Sales

Expectations

• You bring at least 3 years of experience in eCommerce support, marketplace operations, or a related field

• You understand eCommerce and online marketing processes

• You have strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail

• You enjoy working with data and reports and have an analytical mindset

• You are skilled in MS Excel and comfortable handling multiple data sources

• You communicate clearly and work well in an international environment

• You speak English and Polish fluently

• You are proactive, curious, and eager to optimize processes

• Additionally, you have experience with consumer brands and have an affinity for pets
