Senior Cloud Platform Engineer

Develocraft is currently looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer By joining this project, you will help development teams build, deploy, and operate cloud-based SaaS products by improving CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling. Hybrid work model: Poland (Gdańsk) Remote work until office opening, then hybrid (2–3 days from the office). Responsibilities Design and operate secure, scalable cloud solutions in close collaboration with development teams. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible. Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs and support standardized infrastructure and deployment patterns. Ensure security, compliance, availability, and performance of production systems. Support application modernization, including containerization and cloud-native migrations. Promote best practices for security, observability, and infrastructure across teams. Requirements Experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering. Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, and VMware, including cloud cost optimization. Strong skills in CI/CD (GitHub, Azure DevOps), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code. Understanding of software supply chain security (SAST, SCA, Snyk). Experience working closely with software developers. Familiarity with observability tools (New Relic, OpenTelemetry). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (NIST 800, CIS, SOC 2).
