About the Role
Join the # 1 Beer distributor delivering beverages to your local stores and restaurants! We select, stock, and sell brands such as Modelo, Coors, Heineken, Fireball, and many more!
Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday with early morning start times
Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour + opportunities for overtime
Monthly Car and Mileage Reimbursement
Field-based position maintaining and selling brands throughout Austin area
Position Responsibilities:
Build and maintain consultative relationships with store management and staff, acting as the primary in-store contact
Manage and review Purchase Orders with accounts, making adjustments and handling invoicing needs to ensure proper inventory levels
Proactively pitch new product placements and sell in display opportunities to grow visibility and support monthly sales goals
Work closely with chain account executives to align product, pricing, promotional events, and execution standards
Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and merchandising guidelines through regular audits and field oversight
Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 0 to 1 plus years of experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally handle kegs up to 170 pounds
Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
Must meet minimum state age requirements
