We are currently recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious luxury restaurant in Christchurch. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and professional chef looking for an immediate start within a high-quality hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Head Chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation to high standards
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Help ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams

Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or in a senior chef position
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, flexible, and committed to high standards

Working Hours
• 5 days per week
• Includes weekends and Bank Holidays
• Immediate start available
