<p><strong>Job Description:</strong><br />
We are a seeking a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS organisation in Chester. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing successful sales strategies, along with strong communication and relationship building skills.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br />
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching potential accounts, analysing customer needs, and developing relationships with current and potential customers<br />
• Develop and execute successful sales strategies and ensure the effective implementation of those strategies to increase customer loyalty and revenue<br />
• Develop relationships with existing and new customers to increase customer satisfaction and grow business<br />
• Monitor and analyse market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies<br />
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures</p>
<p><strong>Technical Skills Required:</strong><br />
• Proven experience in sales and/or business development<br />
• Knowledge of the SaaS industry<br />
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills<br />
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<br />
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities<br />
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks</p>
