You will work across cloud data platforms, business intelligence tools, APIs, and Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps) to turn fragmented data into reliable insights and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Power BI preferred)

  • Administer and support SharePoint environments, including site structure, permissions, and data organization

  • Design and implement lightweight automation and workflow solutions for internal teams and clients (e.g., Power Apps, scripts, or low-code tools)

  • Support write-back or data input use cases where analytics and operational workflows intersect

  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver usable, well-documented solutions

  • Participate in CI/CD practices, version control, and production data pipeline management

  • Troubleshoot data quality, performance, and integration issues across systems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, relevant technical field, or substantial equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience using Python or other major programming languages for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics workflows

  • Solid SQL skills with experience designing analytical data models

  • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and APIs

  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred)

  • Experience delivering dashboards and analytics using modern BI tools (Power BI preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

  • Familiarity with SharePoint administration and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

  • Experience designing or consuming REST APIs

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, version control, and production data environments

  • Interest in or exposure to data science, forecasting, or AI-driven analytics

Application Details

  • Location: Hybrid – Maryland/Washington DC Area

  • Residency: Must be a US Citizen

  • Employment Type: Full-time

Why This Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning end-to-end data and automation solutions — from ingestion to insight to operational workflow — and who is comfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders to solve real business problems.
